Snooze Eatery Pancake Mix, Plain Jane Buttermilk

We worked with the experts at Snooze, the famous US pancake eatery, to develop a mix that makes it easy to whip up their iconic buttermilk pancakes at home. For light, fluffy pancakes, we’ve combined custom-blended flours with real buttermilk and a dash of vanilla. Simply whisk in milk, eggs and oil, then ladle onto a hot, greased pan and you’ll enjoy a stack of fluffy, delicious pancakes in no time. Serve the pancakes with butter and maple syrup, or, for the ultimate Snooze experience, top with vanilla cream sauce (recipe included), your favourite caramel sauce, cinnamon butter and candied pecans.
